just test drove a 197

they are very nice cars just time i have ever sat in one properly and they are very nice inside compared to the 182 i think the seats are so comfy.

they are fast as fuk compared to my 1.2 as wel i put my foot down next thing i no a was doing 100 am was geting my self as excited

They do feel really different inside. Seems to be masses of space. A lot more modern than the 1*2.

I'm still yet to drive one though. Although if I do, I know it will just make me want to buy one! lol..

Have a look at insurance each year! I have a 197 and im 20 with 1 fault accident and 1 NCB and it £1300! Just depends how much u want it! I didnt think that was a lot considering age and accident!

lovely on cam and with a decent zorst, when opened up they shift too. if not a little dead low down. but NA 2litre whatcha expect.

Im with Bell insurance! Admiral and Elephant are all part of the same company so they all normally quite good with young drivers!

I have my mum and Dad on the policy which brought it down £500. Just search them on google and go direct to their website! Dont like those comparison sites! Never have!

You might as well look mate, the worst they can do is quote you to high and you just turn it down! Rather that then be putting off getting one when there r companies out there that would insure me!

yer i reset it when i went out and i got 25 mpg

^^^^with day to day driving on the commute, which is usually stop-start at traffic lights and a nice burn along the Thorpe Park dual carridge way i consistently get around 30mpg which isnt great compared to the 182s for example, but it has a 10% bigger feul tank, so the fill-up periods are the same and its really only a couple of quid a tank that you wont notice. They are lovely cars.
