heres pictures of my 182. the white wheels are going and the white stripes are going, the previous owner put them on. white wheels are horrible especially at this time of year, wash them 100yards down the road and there dirty again

my plans for it but these are just thoughts more than plans. New exhaust, brakes, get rid of the white stripes and the wheels are gona be painted matte grey or matte black not sure which colour yet, open to opinions. and im not gona throw millions at it just want it looking subtle and clean.

my first task is the left exhaust back box bushing is nackered so i have a lob sided exhaust and need to get it sorted and whilst traveling home to manchester a stone cracked 1 of my fog lights

I like the wheels. If you must change them, do them silver. Matt black will look horrendous!

Why doesn't it have headlight washer jets? Did you HPI it?

i don't know why, and yes its all clear. to be honest im glad it hasn't got the headlight washer jets i think there horrible

Perhaps the previous owner got fed up of them leaking and had them removed and sprayed?

front end had been sprayed- no black inserts.....

respray the wheels dark silver- OEM FTW-

MOT fail ( if your being fussy ) without the washers

Looks like arctic blue? or is it RB- hard to tell in the pics-

the garage i bought it off has a spray shop and the previous owners dad owns the garage and my mate is the cousin. so i will find out the mystery behind the washer jets. it may have had a slight bump but it aint a write off or like Matt W said he could have hated them and filled them and resprayed the whole front bumper.

I like blue with white wheels ordinarily but the 182 wheels don't look right in white for some reason. As for the stripes... they're not to my taste but I can see why some like em.

Exhaust mount is a common fault. Cheap to fix though.

bought a couple CS stickers and fitted them before, i messed up the dot on one i am useless at times

had my exhaust fitted today. got it done at long life. very good sound when the foots down. but when its cruising along and at 70 on the motorway its pretty silent. well pleased with it.

2.5inch tips

and matt plates are currently in the post. standard size rear plate and gone for 520mm x 84mm for the front

owen, only had the exhaust done today so that is why you missed it on sunday lol and its not been washed for over a week. really chuffed with the exhaust very subtle 2.5" tips

ah right i thought they was all 15s cos they look a lot smaller than standard 182 wheels. so im after 16" turinis then

hmmm probably around the £300 mark with tyres, but will only be selling once i have replacement wheels. if you want i will pm you when im sorted with wheels and you can have first call on them

new plates arrived today. standard for the rear and i asked for 520mm x 84mm for the front but someone at fancy plates clearly can not tell the difference between the number 8 and the number 9. anyway i held it up against the front and it didnt over hang so went ahead with it and stuck them on (no screws FTW)

Plates look alot better though, car does look sweet but as said not sure on white alloys on blue

Sticky foam pads probably mate, get them from Halfords and B&Q etc. Or Velcro of course.

94mm looks like a nice fit...exhaust tips look really tidy, fill the cut outs a really good amount

as owen said mate sticky pads from b&q and they actually sent a few with it but to make sure it stays on i bought some more from b&q so it was super sticky. i love my car i just hate seeing it with white wheels cant wait to get rid of them.

94mm is a really tidy fit and really chuffed with the exhaust and the sound is perfect. someone said to me earlier that they it loud enough, theres a reason why, i dont need to make a 1.poo sound fast and make it sound like im running a v8 already sounds meaty, stupid chav tw*t

Sorry to revive such an old post but just came across this and thought if kris-182 is still on here he might like to see the old girl now! When I bought it back in October 2020 was in a sorry old state but this is how far iv got with bring her back to life 😁
