KTR also do a 'sport' version of the ultra performance exhaust, which should be quieter and I'm seriously considering getting that with the sports cat, viper air filter and getting it put on their rolling road and chipped, to take advantage of the 2.5 inch free flow system. what does anyone else think? all that's about £1200. Think we get a 5% discount too. I want it to sound good but not annoying on motorways and everyday use!

So has anyone used one of these 182 Ultra Performance exhausts??? My reason for asking is that they state:
"*** Now available to be used with this system are 2 types of KTR Ultra Performance decat pipes and a KTR sports cat, see exhaust section for details. ***" on there website, meaning I should be able to modify the existing restrictive CAT join and fit this system having a full 2.5" bore?

I have the Exhaust in question and fully recomend it. everyone's tastes are different but a lot of people have said it sounds wicked. I have the centre silencer removed and a decat atm. its quite loud but i'm not a girl so it doesnt bother me. 69mph not 70mph but 69mph is a little quiet spot so perfect for motorway.

If the sport version with the mid silencer is still alot louder than the original then I won't be getting one, or have you all got the supersport version with no mid silencer?

they all have supersport, just get sport and you can always take mid section out
yeah got one, lovely bit of kit. fits perfect. Ive got the one with the centre silencer and its quiet tbh. Not much louder than standard which is nice. Its got alot louder now tho cos ive got bodies and the flames have burned everything out of the exhaust (all the wadding etc)
Still alot quieter than a yozza one
