Leak on sunroof 1.4rt

my siss 1.4 rt has developed a leak on the sunroof i think. she often gets drips of water comin down from the interior light. renault say you cant buy a new seal fro the sunroof, you have to buy the frame as well which is about £400 in total!!!

any one else have this problem, how do you solve it? I was thinking of just siliconing under the seal, should do the job, not really worth spendin £400 on an oldish car really

probably the aerial. Take out the light console and have a look.

You CAN buy the seals but they are really expensive !! Do you know which seal it is leaking from ? Theres a car - frame seal and a glass- frame seal !! The car - frame seal you can just take the sunroof out silicone it up and drop it back down, the other seal you have to buy a new seal from renault !!

Yeah check the ariel aswell !! investigate and find where the water is coming from !!
