I Spoke to a friend near me me who works for Renault and he's looking out for a yellow V6 for you, i will keep you posted, but as you know they are hard to find...

Aww thanks for asking him to keep a lookout! I doubt I'll be able to buy one until the end of the year, so I hope one doesn't come up before then or I'll be gutted I've found one finally and can't buy it!!

Yes it would be a knightmare if he found one soon.... As you know it what I want next but going to keep the 182 for at least another year until the business settles...... Glad you enjoyed the tricks....will show you some more next time....

MK1 v6 started on X reg I think- only the promo ones were seen over here-
Jenson button drove one at the goodwood festival of speed when he raced for Honda-
The transition from Mk1 to Mk2 was 53 plate- with the very last registered ones on a 56 I think....

agree...its not quite as green on those pics, but still isnt the golden colour
Yeah I have, mines the blue mk1 next to that liquid Yellow one on the pic I posted up outside ace cafe.

That Acid yellow is a fantastic colour, Liquid yellow is nice but it kind of reminds me of the colour old (1980's) British Telecom vans used to be pained because it's got an orange hued tint in the pigment and dosent seem to look very reflective. The lime green hue in Acid yellow gives the colour a real glow.

its not liquid as liquid was only on the MK2. If it is its a respray and probably wont look as good as the real deal. Watching them spray the cars liquid yelllow in the factory last week it is not an easy colour to do.

Oh damn, I'm desperatly after a yellow vee, how much you selling for Steve?? I don't think I can do it until the end of the year, but depends on the price I guess
only recently sold my liquid yellow Vee, but replaced with a liquid yellow R26. Both can be seen in the same photo here.
Awesome colour. you wont be disappointed. Equally the acid is good but can look very green in some lights.

Im not sure on colour coded pods, I think the contrast of the silver makes them stand out more and finishes the car off.
