Loudest Exhaust 1.2 16v

Anyone got an idea which exhausts are really loud for the 1.2 16v ? I asked K-Tec, but they said for the 1.2 theyre not really that loud.

The backbox, or a full system? Can a full system be fitted to my car? its a 52 reg.

Are they both the same loudness ?

yse fully system it is

not much extra

they are loud enough, rob has my old one, so i know what hes saying

but if you want loud, get a custom made job with motorbike cans, that will be loud

As Bryan says theres the danger of a nova sound with a simple 4cyl 1.2..i can assure you the k-tec sounds nice, you can only get cat-back from them. Backboxes are a bit pony, as Tom will tell you..!

Seriously though, the k-tec is loud enough, any louder and it would do your head in, especially when its all show and no go!

No i have a remus back box

(better quality and quieter than k tec)

but imho ktec = more power.

i have a supersprint race system with decat but i have a 172 but mine is f**king loud

Mike bought a race system from supersprint, basically the best type of exhaust available from them, their normal systems arent anything to shout about. But then no one designs exhausts specific wonder exhausts for the 1.2 (wonder why? lol). Id buy a Magnex twin 3.5inch if i didnt already have a k-tec.

If you want to spend a stupidly disproportionate amount on an exhaust try hayward & scott or quicksilver.

only 2 pipe choices on the race system 63mm i think and 70mm mine just straight cut no rolled or anything just looks kinda normal nowt special
