lowering problem

Had my car lowered about a year ago, now im selling it but want it standard. Rtec in stalbans lowered it and must admitt did do a good job but now want another £90 to raise it cant believe that. not even included front springs just torsion bar. Surely that isnt going to take long at all especially as i no it isnt seized.

Anyone no of a cheap place in or around london who can help

Itll take exactly the same amount of time to make it higher than it did to lower it. I think £90 is about average for lowering the bar, so itll be the same.
