Machining an Iphone 5 from Aluminium

theres no reason for it other than the fact I can, will probably use it as a paper weight for my intray at work
this is just a test one, I want to add buttons on the side, speakers on the bottom, engrave the back etc...

same size, same thickness, screen icons are perfect size and so are the engraved logos

i don't own any cutters for steel, on the proper one i plan to black the icon button engraving so they stand out.

i also plan on a lot of wet and dry to get a decent finish

autocad the design to scale

then put it into cambam and to produce all the code, simple

Nope, they would be a b**ch to hold in the vice and they would need to be finished/coated

You need to put a 2d dxf file into cambam so cad works great
