That does look like a good example but it needs taxing next month so add £500 to the price.

I'd go for a Saab like mine everytime though, same engine and on a 56 plate but considerably cheaper than a VXR.

Exactly my thoughts. Do it properly or run Semperits all round. Mismatched tyres (of any quality) is a bit retarded.

Just tell him to bung a part worn Conti or Kumho on there - eBay is your friend here.

Then you have matching tyres on both axles.
