megane 1.6 16v fit clio 1.6 16v?

will the block of a megane 1.6 fit in the place of a clio 1.6 block?

and will it work with the wiring loom ?

Block yes, trouble is the meganes use cable throttle and the clio is fbw electrical wise. Although mechanically I can't see a problem, probably have to swap all the aux brackets over and the manifolds etc but the base lump should be the same.

Cambelt went in yours didn't it?
