megane mp3 player in a clio 182?

is it possable to install a megane mp3 player in to a clio 182 (05 plate) and have the display / remote working? i want mp3 in my clio but without changing to a 3rd party headunit (think the megane one would look quite standard!)

anyone know if this can be done and if all the leads would fit ok!?
