So last night was low light testing as well as being there for family. 
Today it was time for bright sun and shooting in the day. Main thing I have been keen to test out has been the Sony Dynamic Range Optimiser....which in theory should help brighter areas from blowing out.
One key thing I enjoyed, the NEX-5 is more forgiving than a DSLR when picking focus points manually. Which was a nice result. Frame still feels tricky without a VF though...some pics to share.
