I wish to reduce the coolent pipe work on my F7 engined rally to make it easier to work on it doesn't have a heater matrix so thinking of reducing the system further
My plan
1. block to lower rad.. use a single modded pipe
2. Thermo housing to top rad
3. Using the aux waterpump hose on the top rad hose to a 172 header tank (has jsut one feed and over flow)
4. Thermo overflow/return to 172 header tank
This looses all the pipe work for the oil cooler and the metal pipes that run down the side the block and looses the aux water pump... So im left with 2 main pipes and an overflow/return
Will reducing the size of the cooling system effect it in anyway
Thoughts please
