Why would you change the Mk2 rear to a Mk1 back end :S

seen it before, you can tell its a mk1 because of the location of the aerial.

I saw these in Mexico. They are standard from the factory like this. Obviously the Renault/ Nissan parts bin is used for the cars in Asia/ South & Central America?

The Renault Mexico site show the model. Interior and back from a PH1 and the front from a PH2.
