mk1 172 or 182 Cup/Trophy

Enjoying the little 172 just wondering if it would be worth changing up to a 182 cup or trophy. Is it worth 5-7k more.

What are the diferences between cars, eg performance,handling,ride,build/refinement.

not much in it really.
Ones newer slightly quicker,will handle a wee bit better but overall not much.
If you realy like the trophy then do it.its like an enhanced 172.
Whether the price hike suits you is your choice..

Honestly depends how much you like your car, you can do alot to yours for 5k.

There isn't much difference at all between them. cup and trophy have the same speeds, but the trophy is better handling due to the special dampers. Its down to personal preference really which one you get.

Your car is faster to 60 than both of them.

I have a 172 but if i could afford to change it for a Trophy then thats what i'd get.
