can't wait to see this finished! massive well done on doing it by yourself (for the most part) wish i had the skills!

ffs laura, finish this project and you may actually enjoy it rather than wanting to start another lol

looking good by the way...

i love golfs i have a mk1 gti which im going to do a 2.0 16v conversion on in the future and i have a mk2 gti 16v which i have put a 2.0 16v motor in its just getting plumbed up at the moment so that should be good

hehe thanks, yeah it is taking its time but i guess it gets worked on once a week ish n armed with minimal mechanical knowledge n a haynes manual its kinda hard.

esp when you share a unit with golf gurus but your there on your own 95% of the time

update guys:

due to the workshop i use being turned into a comercial workshop i need to bust my ass out of there in the not too distant future. so thats shook things up a wee bit.
i went up yesterday to try n put some more stuffs on the engine.. and broke it... oops lol

so engine is near enough ready to go in now :D

once thats in n ruinning it will be off to a company down south to sort some other bits out on it and paint it :D
