Mk1 - new cambelt, how much?

My mate has just bought a cheap k reg Mk1 on 89,000 miles with basically no service history so i said to get the cambelt changed pronto.

How much should it cost roughly for a new belt including fitting?

i paid £165 for both belts fitted at the garage where i get all my mot's done that was done with the engine on 50k

mines a late 92 1.4rt clutch done last wednesday at mrclutch for £174.99 it was down to the rivits
