Holding it's value is fine - but Total cost of ownership over say 3 years will probably be about the same if you do 15k ish Miles per annum. The holding its value better is a fair point.
No Science here just my opinion .

Lmao... says the person in a Bright YELLOW beakon of a car...
With retrospect I should have got you to shout ... "I'm the Queen of the World" :rasp:.Yeah but I am an ASW
Those two cars are two different worlds;
V6 is crazy,
totally impractical for everyday use,
demanding for drive,
has a huge turning cycle,
practically no boot
and it is probably slower in regular traffic (narrow and or bumpy roads)
and wet conditions
By the way the V6 is easier to drive then the 172/182/200 etc! Can pull away in 2nd everywhere. Miles more torque.
Let's just go through this:
Yes, the V6 is actually a good looking car.
Dude you are boring...

It would if you wanted faster around a circuit, warranty, rear seats, a boot, better economy and cheaper insurance

Buy a Caterham
Buy a Hyundai
Buy a Zafira
Buy an A6 Estate
Buy a Clio 1.5 Diesel
Buy a 1.0 3-cylinder Corsa
Other than that, sound advice!
