Love it, are they Speedline Chronos? I had a set on my 172 many moons ago. Had the wheels up until last year on my MR2 Mk3, sold them to a guy with a Civic Saloon. Hadnt seen any sets that werent Peugeot/Ford fitment.

I've been doing a lot of miles with work and I sold my Daily driver and its replacement was delayed so the RSI went into daily usage for a couple of weeks, While I'm not that fussed about what people think, I did feel I was a bit old for arriving at work with gold wheels, And Ali G's wheels at that!! so it went into stealth mode...

The pioneer head unit had died, it had got wet last winter when the centre scuttle drain blocked and has been a little temperamental since, I'm not a fan of modern pioneer stuff but it was nice to see the build quality on the new replacement was much better even though it looks almost identical, buttons feel brilliant in comparison

Had the car out for a run to blast out the cobwebs before its MOT and it was clear it was down on power, sounded very odd, then i started getting a flashing orange EML. Plugged it in and it wasn't logging any fault codes at all which was odd, messed about swapped a few sensors i had spare that i knew were good, no change.

Remebered when i first fitted the engine (its done 170k!) that Cyl 1 was showing 150psi where the rest were 170s

Engine will be out at the weekend and ill strip it down for a look! I might rebuild it, I've never done an engine build before so its probably a good engine to learn on. But i have found out that a 2014 Dacia Duster uses the same non VVT K4M as this so i can probably get a low ish milage replacement for it!

I did think towards the tail end of last summer it wasn't feeling quite as fast as it used to but its never been a "fast" car so i did assume the novelty was just wearing off!
