More Iceberg

Following my thread earlier in the week, with a few quick snaps of the car sitting on it's new coilovers, I wanted to get some better photos than those I posted of it sat in the middle of the road outside my house

The car's not been cleaned for a couple of weeks now, but has stayed surprisingly clean! Stopped off at industrial estate on the way home and got some snaps though

Thanks; I like using that background for photos tbh, used it a few times in the past It's so quiet around there on Sunday's too, so that helps!

I decided I wanted an iceberg cup and, surprisingly, this one appeared quite close and it's the one I ended up buying it!

Gaz coilovers with k-tec bolt in top mounts

I was a bit unsure of ordering the Gaz kit, with them getting mixed reviews on here; I had a Ford previously though and they were much more highly regarded. I'm glad I chose them for the cup now though, as I'm really pleased with the way it feels and handles

Can't get a better example of any iceberg clio!

Cheers; I was a bit concerned I was going to rip my carbon splitter off the frist time I met a speed bump after the coilovers had been fitted, but I've been over a few now without any problem!

Silver alloys are sooooo much nicer than all these black and anthra wheels everyone has at the moment!

I've saved these pics to my iPhone as they are amazing IMO! Really bring out the blue in the iceberg! Love them!

That's exactly what I want to do Steve. Silver Turini's on my Iceberg. Although it's not a cup and I'm not trying to turn it into one, I just think it'd look sweet.
I want to go against the trend and keep them silver because I honestly think it's the best colour to go with Iceberg.
RB / Inferno / LY / Monaco etc can pull off different colours well, but most wheel colours other than silver (perhaps with the exception of anthracite) don't suit the Icebergs IMO.

I almost went for anthracite turinis; at the last moment decided on staying with the silver

Mines not a cup either but I had the coilies and turinis from my cup sitting there so it would of been rude not to put them on!

Silver wheels also look a lot more subtle.
