Much difference between a 2.25 exhaust and a 2.5?

As I mentioned earlier Portal it does sound a very small difference like you say .25, but in terms of tuning or the feeling of a free flowing exhaust I didnt know if that made a noticable difference to the 2.5 which I currently own as does make a huge difference over the standard 182 system..

My powerflow cat back is only 2" pipework from the cat back.

Though the o/d of the pipe coming out of the cat before the flange is 2" o/d.

However, the pipe entering the cat from the manifold is 2.5".

What is the standard o/d of the OEM exhaust anyone?????
