My 172 oil leak-engine pics (56k warning)

Car  Mini Cooper S sport

Well my poor 172 has an oil leak, as picked up by the very nice man at Liningtons Renault (Mike172sport!) on its recent service.

Turns out the repair job was VERY expensive - thank God for the warranty!

Hes kindly taken some pics to show me what hes been up to....seems to be involving a large hammer ;)

Anyway, I think the pics are pretty cool so thought Id share them with you - the comments below are Mikes!

Look at the shiney bit in the middle, thats what was leaking!! , you can see the oil mark coming from that.

LOL:)

I still manage 90 to 125% efficiency at work!

Thing is I just plod along and get the job done without chasing bonus like some of the other lads do and I also help the lads out with techy stuff if they are stuck while clocked on to my own job, god knows how I manage it?

Think it must be the excess use of the hammer..LOL
