Hi, Just back from a holiday at the nurburgring and thought I would post the footage. This was my last and quickest lap of the week and I was lucky to get a clear run free from traffic

Yes! Completely warped. 6 days at the ring was obviously a bit much for them!

I will get it up soon but the footage is not great as I filmed more of the dash than out the windscreen. You can still see your car through most of it though.

Who managed to keep on your tail for a whole lap with a stock clio vs a itb'd and ast'd clio? :rasp:

Yeah mate, it was great. That last lap just made the trip for me. Taking the Foxhole flat was another high point too. Yeah man, major depression being back at work.

Simon, my mate said it was an indicated 130 through foxhole and I saw 130 just before the crest just a few corners before on the fast section.

Dont think I would have been any quicker than that anywhere else as the clio struggled to pull 5th on the longest straight(ish) part of the track where others maight hit their vmax.

Thats impressive Dan. I managed 140 mph on the autobahn after sitting in a straight line for bloody ages. Took me about 20-30 secs to get from 130 to 140 mph!

Makes you more competitive, ie trying to beat your previous time which in turn means your more likely to drive harder and push it too much which is obviuosly dangerous. Same applys to track days, no filming and no stop watches.
