In and amongst all the other crap I had to do today I took the bean out for a quick blast. The ktec induction kit is very addictive lol. I'd recommend one just for the noise alone. Also the DS2500 pads are stunning. It stops on a sixpence.

Ha my bad. Still they're bloody good... Yeah I've been to busy to even think about cleaning it and it'd be looking the same within 5 min anyway so didn't bother with it.

Also fitted my ipod adaptor which is working fine but I've not being using it much yet. Enjoying the engine noise too much:race:.

Nothing too bad. Just a cable tie on the rear exhaust mount. Meant that it sat to one side and melted the bumper trim a bit though.

Put another on now but debating getting a Puma Racing mount or standard mount as they're past there best..

That's the one. I think the RS 192's are a bit prone to it..
Would just get the Puma mounts but would be pissed off spending £80 on them if it didn't sit perfectly so need to look into it!

Thought I'd update my thread after having the car for a couple of months now and going for a bit of a drive yesterday..

So far in my ownership it's been a joy to drive and still puts a smile on my face, just wish the weather would hurry up and get better...

I've not made much in the way of changes but since I got it I put it though it's MOT and it just needed a track rod end and Cat fitting which set me back around £270 including the new Cat and tracking so not bad. It's a bit quieter now but I'm not noticing any performance difference with it and it seems to get slightly better mpg. I've not decided if I'll bother putting the decat back on yet.

I also got a new alternator fitted (which only set me back £35:approve due to the old one draining the battery over night.

Plans for the near future will be some new exhaust mounts. I'm also undiceded on what to do with the steering wheel. Love the OMP but I could do with the CC for my trip to Germany this summer. I quite fancy the idea of a 197 wheel and selling the OMP and standard wheel but they don't seem to come with an airbag which I'd want.

Anyhow here's a few pics I took out on the moors yesterday. I only washed it the day before and it's dirty again:dapprove:.
