My BG 182 - Small things to do

Car  Clio 182/207cc GT
I finally have a day to myself on Tuesday so I'm off to a friends garage and spray shop to fiddle with the car.

Haven't had a fiddle day yet since owning it for 2 weeks so I'm quite looking forward to it. Here's what I have planned:

  • Search car for any remaining glass particles (Damn Vandals!!!)
  • Fit CS Sticker and Tax Disk holder
  • Repair small blow in exhaust center section
  • Remove Lambda sensor and plug hole with M18 bolt
  • Fit Induction kit, routing behind headlight.
  • Remove engine cover, bullets, Renault diamonds and silver interior trim and spar the same colour as my cup wheels.
  • General check over of consumables etc...
  • Fit HEKO wind deflectors (if they arrive in time)

Should be a nice day off for me. :D

Here's a few of pics of the car.

That looks like a nice example, BG looks awesome when it is well cleaned I love mine in the sun.

It really is a lovely car, the interior is near perfect too, love it when the sun shines!

Just finishing sanding and doing a bit of priming. Trying to decide whether I should repaint the interior trim on the dash?

Small update. Bit of an engine bay tidy up and clean.

Today's jobs:

Change gearbox oil.

Replace rear exhaust hangers as they are perished.

Look into solutions for the mid section problem.

Gearbox oil changed was a very easy job considering I've never done it before.

Rear hangers changed, although now exhaust is sitting too far one way which is irritating.

Centre section join to cat still blowing really annoying me now!

SERVICE and Airbag light came on today and then went away not sure what that was?
