little update ; coilovers have finally been sent to gaz for a refurb . waiting for there call now to see what needs to be done . probally the lot . umm not much really goin on atm with my mrs bday and xmas :/ bt should be back on road by end of jan

Update: gaz have quoted me for the refurb its goin to cost £195 for a full rebuild of the fronts and rears . So not bad they shall be back somtime next week.
Also got round to fitting the outer arb bushes this evening pretty straight forward so much easier than the inners!

Small update in the middle of buying powerflex wishbone bushes removed my wishbones today to find the bushes are badly perished and look pretty weak so guna change them also ordered two new lemforder ball joints so the whole suspension had had a overhaul. Just need to do the brakes now

Few updates :
Got my battery cover from dan@mad today lovely piece to finish the look of the engine bay ! Cheap and cheerful also
Also my new style powerflex wishbone bushes arrived these in most places are 90+ pounds but theres a company on ebay selling them 66 posted ! So it was rude not too .
These are the new style bushes they require no welding i asked powerflex this and they told me themselves also.
Also here my rotary polisher
Not bad for £40 bucks

Update: this week i have ordered a few parts.
Vibratech engine mount
Rear brake discs and pads
Front discs
Bottom ball joints from euro
Also placed my order at local renault dealer for my service items;
Oil
Antifreeze + new bottle
Oil filter
Gearbox oil and crush washer.
Thats alls left now is the tyres and the clio shall be on the ground again . Cant wait to just clean it its so dusty .
Oh and also got new rs grill and new temp sensor for mirror .

Done a few bits last few days ive assembled my front brakes small hiccup the bottom slider bolt was seized so a bit of a wiggle and a good pull on some mole grips managed to free it up . Also fitted my wind deflectors the other day they look good .
Ive adjusted my coilovers to what i think will be a decent height cant really test this out as ive got no wishbones on the car at the moment as the powerflex bushes ive fitted are giving me grief . So im on the hunt for some cup wishbones for the additional castor .
Not much left to do now small things really . I've ordered a genuine oil filter and sump washer. Also got Fuchs oil from my work which has saved me a few quid .
What needs to be done :
Fit new wishbones and ball joints
4 new tyres
Oil service
Gearbox oil service
Repaint a few things
Fit new renault sport gearknob
Fit new headunit
And a big clean once its back on the ground .
To be honest im more looking forward to cleaning it the dust is un real .

started the car up last night for the first time in months started first time on the key ran a bit lumpy for about 10 mins but soon cleared can feel some slightly more vibration due the vibratech mounts but nothing dramtic imo . gave it a few blips with the ktec style induction and what a roar cant wait to get it out on the road now . just hope everything works as it should
guna go round the whole car 2moro and torque up all the nuts and bolts ive taken off just t be safe . also need to adjust my dampers as i want ahppy medium with them not to had but not to soft .
taking my wheels to work next week to get my michelins fitted then goin to give the wheels a good clean removing all the tar and brake dust to make them mint again also purchase some speedline decals as mine has washed away over time .
need to order a new rs grill also found a company on ebay that sells genuine ones for about 60.00 so think ima get one as i dont want to be grey on the car when its done , will be doing a gearbox oil change somtime this week if i get the time also aswell as oil change .
then get it on the ground and finally give it a clean hopfully in time for the south wales meet in febuary .
