Well I have a set of home made subframes and have just bolted the side mounts straight to the frames no runners I'll get a pic soon

Well had a good morning at curbrough until my diff circlip decided to no longer work [emoji24]

Right got some pics of some bits whilst the drive shaft was out I decided to put my pagid blues on
Then set about changing the box oil as I hadn't done it when I sorted bits out
And over the weekend I decided to get the tent out ready for fcs and gave it a good clean

So big things are happening well kinda... What an amazing weekend at combe well I enjoyed it anyway and the car did to
Glad it passed the noise test but also lasted the session on track

Also made some impulse buys well I got a bit of commission so why not
It was dark by the time I finished so couldn't get any pics of the best buy but I've gone and tested it and oh my sorry about the mess yet to clean it out but will get some more pics in the morning what a lovely bit of kit

Right well not a lot has been happening really I have been enjoying it and trying to sell bits from the blue one but some cleaning pics never go a miss
And have trax over the weekend so need to make sure everything is 110% and hopefully get some good track shots from a friend

Where did you get the headlights from ? And are they xenons or have you swapped to normal ?So some better pics of the head lights I'm very happy with them

I've taken the xeons out there eBay specials for £50
Is it a straight swap ? I've almost given up trying to clean mine

Yeah plugs straight in
What about bulb holders etc ? Does a normal bulb just connect to the xenon bulb holder ? If that makes sense ?
I'm clueless to all this, so sorry for all the questions

You xenon headlamp unit out and plug the new unit back in you need different bulbs but it's just swapping the unit over

So today some bits came excuse the mess I've just cleaned it off

Some new sabelt 3" 4 point harnesses so I can get them on my cage and over the next few days will get these back on now I have bigger bolts

Right have just booked a track day at castle combe in September so over the next few weeks I will be sorting stuff out and getting proper track ready

Also found I have now been officially booked and confirmed on the track day on the 15th September
Now just got to get the car ready I have 5 weeks so should be OK.. he says knowing I've got 2 weeks booked already lol

not a lot has happened recently a quick oil and filter change yesterday and will be cleaning the air filter out later on today but went to a meet yesterday with the STI that was fun but at the moment im just waiting for my track day on the 15th and the list of attendees keeps getting bigger which is nice pics to follow...

Right nothing has happened since the track day bar the realisation of not having and left tyres but ah well I have now got my wheel caps and they have been painted which look pretty good
I have since decided to do all 4 so I get a better match not that there would have been much difference
And lastly I have just got an oreca group a which Is due for delivery hopefully tomorrow and I will be fitting very soon

It sounds epic only I broke a bolt for the exhaust bracket so need to sort it out but couldn't do it today also realised how bold my tyres where form castle combe so will have to sort this out soon

ah yeah I didn't realise hehe I think its when I am using my phone..
oreca is epic however I got rid of my old miltek as I was sick of it not being straight and ive go to this today and geuss what its dropped so will need to fix it but it sounds epic so am quite happy but still can make up my mind how much it sticks out

Had a good couple of days with the clio went on holiday few weeks ago and just before took it apart to find the knocking and found a broken gearbox mount upon fixing this I noticed the spark plug I had helicoiled recently had come lose but this is now fixed and I'm happy again however did go see a focus st it just didn't float my boat
