Hi,

like to show you my litle track car. Its an 2000 Clio RS with 150000km

Modifications till now done:

Bilstein Coilovers
High Carbon Brembo Disks with Ferrodo 2500 front
Sparco Seats
Sabelt Seatbelts
ATS Wheels with R888's
Steal armed breke lines
AC Remount
New Generator
New spark plugs
New injectiors
Fresh Oil
Stealth Exhaust
Fight about the rust at the front
ECU Modified 7500 rpm
new front because of chrash at the nos :rasp:


To Do:

Fight about the rust at the rear
New Cambelt
Waterpump
oilpangasket
clutch
New Rear Bearing for the axle
new front bearing complete with suspension arms
New KTR Topmount

a lot of things to to hopefully i can drive this year :S

After this i gave him rust converter from fertan. Also to have a good primer.

Fertan i did 2 times. Between first time and last time i send it off to catch more rust.

removed the engin to get better at Dephaser, Cambelt, Shaftseals, and Water Pump.

Also car became a new clutch.

After 4 days (Waiting for parts) first roll out:

Runs nice...but brocken inner sleeve of the right drive shaft was brocken...so waiting for replacement one more day


Than at home

grit the partialy painted fenders

clear coat was 2 component coat. Sanded with 2000, 2500 and 3000 followed by Menzerna 400 and Menzerna 2500.

Same at the front fender, it was repaired and also partialy sprayed.

Next step will be new bearings for the front dampers.

I'm driving to the nürnburgring this weekend so a lot of work to do.

but at first there was a need to repair it.

Hi,
small update. Went to the ring in September and the car felt great. New bushings worked fantastik at the rear axle.

than the car take his break and I ordered the pure Motorsport Aircon Delete kit

Kit is ok but for trimming the belt i Need to cut one wrench.

Also i gave some parts for powercoating. Before that they where dry ice blasted which is the current Status now.
