Took a few new pics today as the sun was out again for a little while!

Its quite hard capturing the way LY looks in the sun as the colour changes, but I think with these pics you get a better idea:

Update - New Mods

I've received a few new bits through the post this week so I thought i'd give a quick update. Firstly I got the documents through from the dvla to put my private registration on, so on they went :approve: I bought the plates last year but have only just now got round to assigning it to the 182:

I then fitted some new silver visions to replace the front indicators, small mod but a big difference. I've got some for the back as well but will fit those later.

I also got some aero wipers from wiperblades.co.uk - Cant fault them at all and they look much better than standard wipers

Last but not least.....

Brand new set of Anthracite Turinis from Renault I know a lot of people have them but I've not seen many clios with turinis around my area - especially not LY ones anyway plus I think they look mint. Still waiting on the centre caps as I assumed they came with the wheels when I ordered them, but they dont! If anyone has any drop me a PM as Renault want nearly £70 for them!

Also got some new Toyo proxes all round and a CTR aerial which should all be delivered next week.

Philips silver bulbs mate? Ones I've got still have a bit of the orange tint.

Nah not the Phillips ones mate, the brand is called Silvertec and the bulbs are completely silver and only show orange when they flash, the best silver indicators on the market IMO

I would ring around for the renault caps, I got quoted for four diamond caps for the turinis, at driveline Ashford, £12 a cap, £48 for four...

New Shoes

This week I finally received my delivery for my new Toyo proxes so I was now all set to put the Turinis on! Before I put them on I decided to give them a good few layers off AG EGP and AG HD wax to try and give them the best start to life as possible lol, It should also make them a lot easier to clean without having to use to much elbow grease in the near future so I though it was well worth it:

Turinis On!

After they were all balanced and fitted I went for a short country lane blast! Weather was quite moody and it looked like it was going to rain at any moment (it eventually did!) but I managed to get a few pics:

Handling feels spot on and it does feel a tad bit more nimble probably due to the fact the turinis are light weight and I'm now running 195's instead of 205's, I didnt think it would be noticable but it is

I'm really happy with them, I think they really do set the car off! I was toying between Turinis and 2118's but I do prefer the look of turinis and the fact they're 16" means they fill the arches nicely too!
