Hello, my name is Theodore and I live in Bulgaria.
I apologize in advance for spelling, but use googlе translator.
So my story briefly.
In December 2008 I bought a 2003 Clio 172 thanks to a happy lottery ticket.
Here in Bulgaria the average salary is around 250 euros. :S
I work as a bellboy in a 4 star hotel and my main income comes from tips.
I think you will agree that 250 euro is little money for salary.
And as you can imagine is quite difficult to put money into a car.
I live with my parents, so no housing expenses, food and bills.
Slow start saving money and invest them in the car.
for those four years I managed to buy a few things.
1.Camshafts: Colombo & Bariani 286 ° / 280 °
2. Pistons: Wössner 12.8:1
3. Rods: ZRP I-Beam 144.00mm
4. Main Studs Kit: ARP
5. Head Studs Kit ARP
6. Bearings: ACL Race Series
7. Head Gasket: Athena 0.85mm
8. Front Ap Calipers from Clio v6
9. Ferodo DS2500 pads
10. 330x32mm D2 brake disc kit
11. GAZ GHA Coilover Kit
12. FIA approved D2 bucket seats
13. RStuner form Fastchip.nl
14. 17x7 Team Dynamics Proace 2 for track days
15. 17x7 Oz Ultraleggera
16. 15x7 Oz Ultraleggera for winter tyers
So over the years I did some amateur track activities, and I liked that.
So I decided this car is for track activities / and everyday.
I know this setup is not the most suitable for everyday car, but the parts are already in my garage.
On September 22 we have a national meeting of Renault Club Bulgaria
and I decided the car ready by then.
Among other things, I had an unfortunate incident with a dog who scratched all over my car and ate my left fender.
The car will be repainted.
I will try to have pictures of all things.
On Friday we will pull the engine and start work on the car with two of my classmates from high school.
