Now thats a lovely car. How do you do about Turbo'ing a N/A car then? Am I right in thinking its a h00ge job? Something to do with changing the engine compression isnt it? (I have no idea, but am interested!).

It's not that big of a job mate, just like a normal rebuild but your putting slightly different parts back, best thing to do is sort all the parts needed then go about the conversion at your own pace! 3 Ways you can low your compression for the build 1.Thicker gasket with de-comp plate (£90), 2. get you pistons dished 1mm (£100) or buy forged low comp pistons (£460)
All depends on what power you want too

Would much prefer this one with standard Speedline gold alloys, but each to their own. Love the look of the Williams as standard

im waiting on a load of polished engine parts, so should look really shiny. i know what you mean about willy wheels, but there are a few round here and all look the same, this ones a bit different. i may well change them in the furture but for now i does me.

Now I may be opening a can of worms here, but is a Willy with some subtle mods quicker than a 1*2? I know this turbo'd rocket probably is, but I mean with manifold work/remap etc.

A good stock williams is as quick as a 172/182.

A 20vt's build quality is actually pretty good imo. I used to have one.
