Nautical Blue 172 Replica (With white alloys)

  Naughty Nautical
Although I love the end of my exhaust rolled, it sticks out way too much, therefore my only option is to cut end of it off, this means I will lose my rolled tip. Should I have a diagonal slash cut, or a straight slash cut?

could you not cut a section out of the centre section to make the back box/tail pipe fit further in?

I could do, but my welding skills are not brilliant, would you say this is the best way rather than a cut end?

Weak offset on the back is spoiling it... and I'm not even mentioning that exhaust. lol.

Oh, and a Mk1 Laguna splitter? Is it 1994 in Hampshire?

if the back box is a sleeve fit onto the centre it shudnt be that big of a job, if you dont feel confident i would have a word with a tyre & exhaust garage they shud be able to do something for a bit of cash

Chris - Yes, would like to buy spacers: 25mm front, 10mm rear, however I cannot afford any at the moment.
'Oh, and a Mk1 Laguna splitter? Is it 1994 in Hampshire?' - Yeah it's Laguna splitter. What do you mean? The car?
Nick - Wanted to paint my bonnet Nautical blue however I cannot afford all the lacquer after, I may spray it a shiny black or if I find a Blue bonnet, get that.
James - Yeah single wiper (Was already on car when bought it)
Cant afford anything else on the car at the moment, as I have a whole racing championship season to save up for too.
J26 - I will have a look to see if it's a sleeve and maybe attempt it lol.
