NCD help

Took out a new insurance policy with Kwik-Fit, they were the cheapest.

Anyway, I put down that I had 1 yr NCD, they asked for proof. So I got on to my previous insurers, Norwich Union. They sent me out a letter saying '3 yrs NCD representing, %'.

So I've sent this off to the Kwit-Fit fitters. Should I be asking/telling them to reduce my premium as I've actually got 3, rather than 1 years No Claims Discount.

And how can I stop them, if I am entitled to, from fobbing me off?

Any help much appreciated.

If its an admin error and you follow up on it knowing the truth it can void your policy entirely. "you must tell them the truth"

Cross checking is a simple process for them, i know this is a common problem for NU on sending out proof.
