Need a new battery for my 182, well think I do.

Last year car stood for 14 weeks, 5th Sept -9th Dec, came to it and it started first turn of the key no issues.

Since then my car has mainly done log trips 500+ miles every 2 weeks and a few short ones on weekends inbetween.

Came to try starting it on friday, nothing, wouldn' even turn the engine over, electric windows went down about an inch then that was it. Bump started it and i've drove 300 miles home no issues, does this sound like a battery issue or something else?

The battery in there now is the orginal from new so is 7 years old nearly.

Sounds like the battery if your windows don't work. Get a battery tester on it but I'm 99% sure it's the battery.

Well just been out and bought one, bloody £76!!!

Yeah, had no choice, it was a sat afternoon and had a 300 mile drive on the sunday.

They did have one for £50 but it didn't have enought start ampage.
