Network activity icon in Windows 7?

Not really looked into this as of yet, but is there anyway of getting the old XP-style network icon on Windows 7....

...and replace the utterly pointless, inanimate, Icon of Turd that comes with Win 7? I've already got the Windows Gadgets installed that tell me the info I want, but I miss this icon - it just worked!

Loads of different setting in there to change what it actually shows. Customize the taskbar to keep it showing though if not Windows will hide it after a few minutes. Also worth changing the icon to the Windows Vista one as it suits it better
