First of all i love my new car, its great , 03 plate, 2 owners, 55k, cup wheels and suspension and IMMACULATE!

the guy i bought it off told me the headlights flickered occasionally, due to a small electrical fault, "no problem" i thought!

Turns out, occasionally the windows dont work, indicators dont work, and lots of tickering/flickering noises from the fuse box area, when the auto lights come on if the flickering happens i feel like im on a disco bus with the flashing headlights! :S

Read a few posts/topics and people have mentioned the 'UCH', seems like this could be it, but could it also be something simple?
If it is the UCH what type of price would i be looking at, and is it only Renault who can do it?

Currently, an N2/N3 UCH is retailing at around £200 then you'll need to have it configured and all your keys setup. This is normally a dealer only job but there are some specialist that can do this for you depending on where you are of course.

Start the search yourself by checking all the earth points are nice and clean. Then, make sure the UCH itself isn't getting wet/shows signs that it has been soaked.

Check there is no rust in the uch ports. s**t you not I've seen wet sockets on them :S oh and a second hand uch won't work just for reference as they can't be reprogrammed.

based on the wirral (just below liverpool), so hopefully it could be a case of cleaning the UCH and the earth points?

Im not the most technically gifted person, so errr where are the earth points?

Is the UCH easy enough to find, around and about the fuse box id imagine?
