new engine mounts:still knocking/banging

I have fit a new powerflex dogbone bush,new upper engine mounts(oe mounts) and im still getting a knocking/banging,i assume its the manifold hitting the subframe?,is there anything else i can do to stop this?
I had the ktr uprated mounts and couldnt live with the vibrations
surely with all new mounts it shouldnt happen for a while at least?
Ive tried the pulling the engine forward trick with no joy
Ive searched and read all the posts on the forum already but im stumped!

It happens if i wheelspin(i try not too) or give it the beans in 1st and 2nd
Cars a 182 btw

try to identify where exactly is knocking and then go from there. shame you couldn't live with the solid mounts, I like the fact mine got me rid of the knock and I'm ok with the vibrations

get the car up on a lift and see if any exhaust hagers can me adjusted/a custom one added somwhere...
