New monaco blue 172

Well purchased another 172 after a few months without one...

Bought it from a girl who has had it from new, on a 53 plate ( 2 months warranty left) 20000 miles, FSH, not a single scratch on it!! :wink:

It has 4 new continental tires and a magic tree (vanilla :wink: )
Comes with the usual 172 kit and pace, just going to add a cup splitter to the front and thats it.
Got it for 6700 which i feel is a great price for the mileage.

The missus is happy again, as in the last 11 months i have owned...

Cheers guys, this one will be stickin around as i wont have to take it to renault soon and have a great garage at Livingston who i have faith in to keep er running.

Im not allowed to buy anymore anyway, lol. Still have the white one which will be at the ring soon, sitting at 140 bhp 1380 and weighin in at 593 kgs.

What engine, set up have you got in your white mini?

The rallye is sold, made a profit.

The white one is a 1380, using 16cc pistons, stage 4 slark racing head, scatter cam, 45 weber, full rockers, electric water pump, large bore maiflow inlet and exhaust manifold, lightened flywheel, S/C/C/R gearbox etc... needs more setting up

aye its good, will be up for sale soon. Its a Paul Smith LE (more of an investment given what i paid for it), so its more show than go. However with the A048's on, it flows nicely through the turns.

Damn, would've thought about buying that to replace my 172, given the problems I've had recently . Absolutely love the looks of the 306 rallye and from what I've heard it's a brilliant fun car to drive.

Just picked the car up, took it for a quick blast. Absolutely superb, just as i remembered.
