Newbie 197 Pics

Seeming as l'm new to the forum l thought l'd post up some pics of my current car and past cars. Been floating around on Megsport for a while but only lurking on here.

Yeah to be honest it was a bit limp with the standard suspension

Always welcome round my gaff Welshy. Just let me know what time. Seems like a nice mixed and varied forum tbh.

Westy had vauxhall 2.0 16v XE on twin Dellorto 45's, head work and cams. Had around 195-200bhp and was seriously rapid. It was good at the time but l couldn't make it work as my only motor nowadays.

Cheers for the comments guys. Lupo is much under-rated and although its not the quickest motor is properly addictive once its got some coilovers etc fitted.

Love the 197 though and can't wait to get some more bits done to it.

Cheers, l've got some plans for it so l'll keep the thread updated with things.

First things first is to decide on different wheels or a re-furb. And what colour to go for.

Thinking mega dark anthracite at the moment. Somewhere between the R27 wheel colour and black.

I take it the carbon diffuser isn't out yet? Is that correct?

Black wheels do look good but they'd have to be satin finish not gloss l think.

Could just get them re-furbed bright silver?
