After 3 weeks of sending back request for driver information (originally sent to my mum) theyve sent me one to fill in...cept this time its come with a frequently asked questions form ... Q17: I passed my driving test less than two years ago - (thats me) can i still be dealt with by the fixed penalty system?

Answer: If this penalty means you have accumlated 6 points within two years of passing your test you will be dealt with the new drivers act 1995 - basically full driving licence taken away and you will have to apply for a provisional licence and re take tests.
