NOT MY DAY





As you know my clio has gone in again to have its 4th Driveshaft fitted..... only had car 6 Months......

TURNS OUT that either from new or when RENAULT CHELMSFORD changed the gearbox, they did not put the ENGINE back in the correct place, therefore the driveshaft has been under horizontal stress as it has not been running 100% straight....... What a bunch of mugs..... thank god for the boys at Renault ROMFORD who know what they are doing.

Anyone else had same problem????
 


Ah well, at least the problems been found, i was going to say on the other thread clearly the driveshaft wasnt at fault for it to be replaced that many times...

Hope it gets sorted asap!!

Another poor soul who has had a new gearbox....mine after only 650miles!!!

What has been the symptoms that have caused you to have the drive shaft replaced?? was wondering because on the occasions ive had mine rolling roaded the transmission loss has been quite high.
