Not Sure What To Do Next ?

Hi

I have a Clio Sport Phase 1 172 and these are the modifications I have on it :

1. K-Tec Coilovers
2. K-Tec Supersports Stealth Cat-Back Exhaust System
3. HIDS (6000k)
4. ITG Drop in Panel Filter
5. JMS Matched Inlets
6. Magnecor Ignition Leads (8mm)

I was planning on getting it remapped by JMS now unless anyone can think of something I could do before hand to get a little more power ?

I have just had a full main dealer service and cambelt change by Renault too !

Other than a Remap, there's not much else you can do without spending silly money mate, so go with that.

It's a fooking long drive to JMS from you though!

get your timing checked by a specialist
get some Bilsteins
see what power it's running
enjoy it

Change all the suspension bushes for new ones? They probably havent been done yet and will make a difference to the way the car drives

Hi

Yes the bushes could be an option, Bilsteins are really expensive and for what I need the car todo, I dont really want to spend that kind of money. I am really into the standard look (obviously apart from the coilovers and exhaust louder ) the other mods I have are suttle IMO. I have yet to enjoy it to be honest, its spent more time in a renault garage or sitting in my back garden.

Yes JMS is a pretty good journey for me but from the read ups and what ppl have said about JMS, it will be well worth it !

If you havent driven it much then I would say do nothing and spend the money on petrol, out enjoying the car
