Wow that Eurosport article is bad. Warm up lap? Haha. It's clearly a tourist lap.

In fact it was posted up on BTG the other day, the camera car is a Nissan GTR.

See, I always thought overtaking on corners on track days was a big no-no.

I was there over the weekend, this was one of many crashes. IMO the Clio is to blame for that one!

I think I've been around the 'Ring about a dozen times, but only once or twice without seeing a wrecked car and yellow flags. It certainly makes you think a bit. Fingers crossed none of us have any dramas next month.

Wasn't a track day. German law applies, keep to the right unless over taking.

Clio 100 per cent at fault IMO. Moved left without looking. German law is clear, keep to the right.

I've seen a few crashes like this at the ring recently.
