Oil in spark plug wells.. rocker gasket/seal?

as above really changed the plugs and coil pack the other night and on removing the plugs they seemed to have a bit too much oil on them, is the most likey cause of this the rockewr cover gasket/seal?

yep rocker cover seal is the main culprit

cheers thought as much just dident want to rip it apart for no reason, is there acctually going to be some form of gasket or is it jsut sealant? if so can you get a proper gasket?
