Oil temp reading

Is it possible to get your oil temp to come up on the on board computer ?
Some one must be able to reprogramme it ?

Renaultsport experts says not though !
skidly asks Hi Allen, Is it possible to fit an oil temp sensor and link it to the dash mounted computer ? I know you can fit aftermarket sandwich plate with guage etc but i just wandered if this would be at all possible ? Regards Mark Allen Collen responds It's not possible to reprogram the standard computer.

Anyone with any ideas ???

You could but it would be a real challenge.

Could always get rid of the outside air temp and wire the sensor into there abeitly with a fiddle factor.

all you'd need to do is get a oil temp sender with roughly the same resistance curve.

i may look in to it.

It cannot show high temsp though
