one thing to note with swapping the TCU, and for those that have mapped cars. The TCU is mapped alongside the ECU, mine is now limiting power/torque to 300nm. Ideally once its proven itself I need to get it in for a reflash (hopefully before CSF)

Might be possible to get the map off the old tcu and flash it on. Wonder if mpps or similar would do it

I've had a little look around but haven't come up with anything, may just have to slap some upgrades on and make it a worthwhile trip to EFI

Do the mod for the shorter throw on the paddles now, with the trophy bits. Marginal difference in feel but, mods innit
