performance cams for clio 16v!! opnions plz

rite then! has anyone got the above fitted to there engine in there clio? wat sort of perfromance increase do u get? does low down torque suffer at all? i want some for my 19 16v, and im tryin to get as many opinions from ppl, whov got them as possible! cheers ppl!
