ph1 172 airbox inlets diameter...?

I've had a look around but can't seem to find this info out... does anyone know the diameters of the intakes on the standard ph1 172 airbox?

Just trying to decide between the v6 and ph1 box, so wanted to see if the difference in surface area was worth the extra caf fitting trouble...

Cant answer your question but can tell you that the V6 box is considered the better one.

I know, but it's just the caf issue... I don't really want to remove the guard rail or move the bat etc, and there isn't enough room to run it down past the arch. So it'd just be open behind the light... whereas the 2 smaller cafs would fit through and down, if that makes sense?!
(already removed acoustic valve)
