PH1 172 Headunit - iPod/AUX Connectivity??

Hi guys,

Getting bored of listening to Radio 1, and would like to connect my iPod upto my standard headunit..
Is there a way of doing this?
Every "kit" I have looked at states the headunit must be an "Update List", where as mine is "Tuner List".

Any ideas? :S
