Ph1 172 (i think) Cirencester

This morning at about 8.15ish on dual carriageway going past Waitrose, it was black and i'm fairly sure a 172, although i was going fairly briskly in the other direction. Anyone on here?

I thought it might've been, i only saw it at the last minute so i didn't really get a good look to see what exactly it was and whether it had a cs sticker on it.
